Job summary

Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly veterinary receptionist to join our front-of-house team on a part-time fixed-term maternity cover basis. The role involves greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, and handling calls and emails.

You will support the veterinary team with admin tasks and maintain accurate client records while delivering compassionate, professional service. The position is 17 hours per week, in-person at our TR15 3PS location, with benefits including pension,

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer service is desirable, although full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage appointments and diary scheduling.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries.
• Process payments and keep accurate client records.
• Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks.
