Animal Trust (UK) is seeking a full-time receptionist at our Ellesmere Port hospital to welcome clients and manage appointments and payments while coordinating with clinical teams to ensure smooth, compassionate care for pets.

Experience in medical or veterinary reception is welcome but not essential; strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key. Shifts include early and late hours with a 4-on/4-off rota and weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming clients and their pets for appointments and maintaining a compassionate and professional attitude at all times.
• Answering telephone calls/queries from clients.
• Handling medication prepared by the veterinary surgeon and handing to clients.
• Taking payments, registering new clients and addressing client concerns.
• Organisation and restocking of the practice where required.
• Dealing with stressed or upset clients and connecting them to the appropriate teams where required.
• Complying with all health and safety procedures.
• Complying with data protection legislation to ensure client and patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
