inspiring vet care, the UK’s leading vet care provider, is seeking an organised Receptionist for The Veterinary Clinic, Erdington, on a full-time fixed-term basis for 12 months. You will be the friendly face welcomed by clients and their pets, managing appointments, handling enquiries and supporting patient journeys.

No prior animal experience is required, but a genuine love for animals helps. The role offers a supportive team environment alongside two vets, two nurses and two student nurses,

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, supporting the client and patient journey from registration to appointments.
• Handle enquiries and assist with insurance forms and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with vets, nurses, and reception team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
