Medivet Billinge is seeking a friendly Client Care Assistant to join the front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for client calls and visits, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients, and colleagues.

The role involves greeting clients, updating records, and supporting the team with efficient diary and appointment management. Candidates should have excellent reception skills, numeracy, and experience with online appointment booking systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-facing care and front-desk support.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Desirable: veterinary receptionist experience.
• Strong numeracy and data-entry skills.
• Comfort with updating client records and diary management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties: greet clients and update records.
• Triage emergency appointments and contact clients to rearrange.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Ensure appointment slots are available for online booking.
• Process repeat prescription orders and liaise with the team.
