Medivet Group in Greater London is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients, and colleagues.

In this role you will perform reception duties, manage the practice diary, handle phone calls and messages, support online booking, and assist with repeat prescriptions while working as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent client-facing care and receptionist skills.
• Good numeracy and familiarity with online appointment booking systems.
• A collaborative team player who can adapt and learn.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties, greeting clients on arrival, and updating records.
• Triage emergency appointments and contact clients to rearrange as needed.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Ensure appointment slots are available for online booking.
• Process any repeat prescription order requests.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
