Medivet & Partners is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional care, while managing reception duties and appointment bookings. You will work within a supportive team and participate in weekend and bank holiday rotas across Whitchurch and Shrewsbury.

The role emphasizes strong client-facing skills, numeracy, and experience with online appointment systems, with veterinary receptionist experience considered desirable.

• Experience providing client-facing care with reception duties.
• Good numeracy and experience using online appointment booking systems.
• Team player who can work in a supportive practice.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out reception duties, greeting clients on arrival and updating records.
• Triage emergency appointments and contact clients to rearrange as needed.
• Manage the practice diary to optimise appointment availability.
• Answer client phone calls and manage messages.
• Ensure online booking slots are available for clients.
• Process repeat prescription order requests.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• 1 in 4 Saturday shifts at Whitchurch.
• Bank holiday rota to support Shrewsbury 24.
