Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking an organised, friendly Receptionist to join our team across nine sites, including Wolverhampton, on a part-time basis with 19 hours per week.

You’ll welcome clients, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, process payments and support both clerical and clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth client and patient journey. Regular shifts include some Saturdays and early starts to cover our broad service hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service and attention to detail.
• Friendly, organised and professional demeanor for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Willingness to support colleagues and work across nine sites.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes clients and manages telephone and email enquiries.
