Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Receptionist to join our team across nine sites, including Wolverhampton. This part-time role offers base hours of 19 per week, with shifts from 8:00am to 6:45pm, Monday to Friday, and a Saturday rota approximately one in every three Saturdays.

You will welcome clients, manage enquiries by phone and email, book appointments, process payments and support colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service.
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing telephone and email enquiries.
