inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly Receptionist for Lockwood Vets on a part-time fixed-term basis covering 6 months. You will manage appointments, greet clients and pets, check-in patients, update records and handle payments in a welcoming environment.

The role supports a professional team across reception and client care, with a 30-hour week over 5 days and weekend shifts as needed. Competitive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Taking phone calls, answering queries and booking appointments.
• Greeting clients and their pets on arrival.
• Check-in patients and verify their information.
• Update patient records and ensure accuracy.
• Process payments and maintain financial records.
• Dispensing medication.
• Maintain reception and consult room cleanliness.
• Handle emails and sign clients up to our Pet Health Plan.
