Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a friendly part-time Receptionist for Crossroads Vets in High Wycombe. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage appointments, handle enquiries and support a busy veterinary team.

The role is 15 hours per week, mainly on Fridays with some flexibility. You will greet clients and pets, process payments, maintain records and help ensure a smooth, welcoming client and patient journey across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, ensuring a friendly, professional atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.
• Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries about services and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payments and billing.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and well-stocked.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and help with client follow-ups.
