Job summary

inspiring vet care in High Wycombe is seeking a friendly and organized part-time Receptionist to join our Crossroads Veterinary Practice. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and professional experience for clients and their pets.

The role focuses on managing appointments, enquiries, and client communications in a busy veterinary setting. You will work mainly Fridays for 15 hours per week, with flexibility the rest of the week and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and laboratory results.
• Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies.
