A leading veterinary practice in Runcorn is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Nurse to deliver high standards of patient care and support the clinical team. We're looking for a Lead Nurse to join our team at North West Veterinary specialists and would love to hear from you.
As an experienced veterinary nurse in a Team Leader role you will be critical to the provision and leadership of high standards of client and patient care and will include strategic and operational leadership across the practice, direct and indirect line management responsibilities and a nursing voice contributing to site level conversations.
In this role you will be a key member of the nurse leadership team working collaboratively with the Head of Nursing Services, Clinical Director, Hospital Director, Team Leaders, Heads of Service and clinical teams to passionately deliver quality patient care an unrivalled client experience through teamwork clear communication and utilisation of your knowledge and skills.
Approximately 80% of your role will be spent undertaking clinical duties providing support to your clinical teams to deliver an excellent service to patients to include partaking in the on‑call rota as required.
You will ensure that patients are managed effectively from a nursing perspective to support the financial health of the practice.
