Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Whitby operates vibrant leisure venues and is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations.

You will run the venue, handle admin and customer service, and collaborate with Area Management to hit KPIs. You must have at least 4 years in customer service and 2 years in a management role, with a flexible shift pattern of 5 x 9 hours, including weekends. Night shifts pay an extra £1.50 per hour between 11pm and 6am.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years customer service experience
• 2 years in a management role essential

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Area Management to ensure venue KPIs are met
• Recruiting for the venue
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks
• Encouraging and driving business during peak times and tournament days
• Key holder duties (opening or closing a venue)
• Liaising with HR
• Completing probation and return to work meetings where necessary
