Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Middlesbrough, UK is seeking a Night Customer Service Assistant to work 3 x 10 hour night shifts (21:45–08:00). A £1.50 per hour night premium applies between 23:00 and 06:00. After training, you will promote offers, provide refreshments, and suggest games to customers while handling cash and ensuring compliance with gambling legislation.

The role is based at our venue with a 25 policy in place and mandatory ID checks. Full flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work night shifts (3 x 10 hour nights).
• Cash handling and giving change is a daily duty.
• Promoting offers and events to customers.
• Training programme completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote offers, promotions and events.
• Provide refreshments and snacks to customers.
• Recommend games and alternative machines using product knowledge.
• Handle cash and provide customers with change as a coin-based business.
