Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking an Assistant Manager to support venue operations across our UK sites and stand in for the Venue Manager during their absence. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in a dynamic leisure environment.

You will work 40 hours per week, including evenings and nights, with an additional £1.50 per hour premium for hours between 11pm and 6am. Strong customer service and at least 1 year in a supervisory role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience
• A year in a supervisory or management role preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Area Management to meet KPIs and maintain high standards in the Venue Manager's absence
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks
• Drive business activity during peak times and tournament days
• Carry out key holder duties such as opening or closing the venue
• Promote offers, promotions and events to customers
• Handle cash and provide change as part of daily duties
