Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Ayr, Scotland seeks an experienced Store Manager to run the venue, oversee admin and customer service, and uphold high standards. You will be accountable for KPIs, recruiting, staff delegation, and daily operations, including peak periods and tournament days.

Excellent customer service and proven management ability are essential. Shift pattern is 5 x 8 hour shifts with full flexibility Monday to Sunday; night-hours (11pm–6am) earn an extra £1.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years customer service experience
• 2 years in a management role essential

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Area Management to ensure the venue KPIs are met
• Recruiting for the venue
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks
• Drive business day to day, including peak times and tournament days
• Key holder duties (opening/closing a venue)
• Liaising with HR
• Completing probation and return to work meetings
