Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of its venues in Crewe. The role covers 40 hours per week across Monday to Sunday with mornings, evenings and night shifts, and a flexible 5 out of 7 pattern.

You will support the venue manager, liaise with area management, and promote excellent customer service standards. The position requires a minimum of 3 years in customer service and at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Area Management to ensure KPIs are met.
• Delegate and support staff in daily tasks.
• Drive business day to day, including peak times and tournament days.
• Key holder duties such as opening or closing the venue.
