Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor for our Harwell venues. Shifts run mornings and evenings with a flexible 3-out-of-7 pattern to cover Monday through Sunday. You will welcome guests, promote offers, handle cash, and help keep the venue running smoothly.

In this role you’ll step into supervisory duties when required, earning an enhanced rate and a night-time uplift for hours between 11pm and 6am. This is a part-time position with a flexible shift pattern.

Formación

• Customer service experience in a hospitality/venue setting.
• Ability to supervise and support staff as needed.
• Cash handling and accurate till procedures.
• Knowledge of gambling compliance and Challenge 25 policy.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming and engaging customers, ensuring a great experience every visit.
• Promoting offers, events, and new games.
• Handling cash and providing change accurately.
• Serving refreshments and keeping the venue clean and welcoming.
• Supporting opening/closing procedures and supervising the team when needed.
• Upholding our Challenge 25 policy and ensuring compliance with gambling legislation.
