Job summary

Woodlands Event Centre - Reception in Wyboston is seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our Venue Host Team, overseeing front-of-house operations, handling guest enquiries and reservations, and ensuring a warm, professional welcome at all times.

You will lead the team under the Front of House Manager, supervise shifts as Duty Manager when required, and work a flexible 7-day rota including evenings and weekends to maintain high guest satisfaction and smooth operations across events.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach with passion for customer service.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lead and support the team under supervision.
• Willingness to participate in on/off job training.
• Ability to supervise and reinforce standards and procedures.
• Quick thinking and problem solving in a fast-paced venue.

• Capable of acting as Duty Manager when required.
