Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our award-winning hospitality group. You’ll oversee front-of-house service, support the management team on the floor, and help train and mentor junior colleagues to deliver warm, memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special.
• Confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restuarant

Responsibilities
