About the role

The Venue Cleaning Shift Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of cleaning operations across our resort's public areas and entertainment venues. Reporting to the Venue Cleaning Manager, the Accommodation & Cleaning Shift Manager will ensure daily operational plans are executed effectively, with tasks completed by the team at the right time and place to meet fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high standards and guest experience.

The role involves leading and monitoring team members who clean entertainment venues post-shows, maintain toilet facilities, move and reset venue furniture, and perform high-level cleaning using industrial equipment indoors and outdoors. You will support and coach your team to deliver excellent service, drive key metrics related to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach, and ensure standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of cleaning standards and drive improvements in Guest and Employee NPS.
• Conduct quality control checks and lead feedback conversations.
• Manage staff effectively to execute the Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRPRT) strategy.

This permanent role involves working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends, with a late shift pattern from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am.

About You

• You will oversee cleaning operations during your shift, ensuring strict adherence to CAFF standards.
• You will monitor NPS scores, take proactive steps to improve these scores, and address guest complaints.
• Your responsibilities include conducting online quality control checks, analyzing reports, and leading feedback discussions.
• You will ensure your team receives necessary training and support.
• You will manage the onboarding and full employee lifecycle, including PDPs, performance management, and HR processes.
• Setting clear objectives, supporting team surveys, leading action plans, upholding brand standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations are also key aspects of your role.
