The Venue Cleaning Shift Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of cleaning operations across our resort's public areas and entertainment venues. Reporting to the Venue Cleaning Manager, the Accommodation & Cleaning Shift Manager will ensure daily operational plans are executed effectively, with tasks completed by the team at the right time and place to meet fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high standards and guest experience.
The role involves leading and monitoring team members who clean entertainment venues post-shows, maintain toilet facilities, move and reset venue furniture, and perform high-level cleaning using industrial equipment indoors and outdoors. You will support and coach your team to deliver excellent service, drive key metrics related to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach, and ensure standards are consistently met.
This permanent role involves working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends, with a late shift pattern from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am.
