We are seeking a Shift Manager to oversee our Shops Venues across the resort.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are executed by supervising the team to meet objectives, managing guest demand fluctuations, and maintaining high operational standards and guest satisfaction.
You will support and coach the team to deliver excellent guest experiences and drive key targets such as upselling and promotions.
This is a guest-facing operational role; non-guest tasks will be scheduled within your workweek to maximize your presence within the venue and with guests.
The role involves a 5-day workweek over 7 days, requiring flexibility.
As with all roles at Butlin's, adaptability and proactive problem-solving are essential to ensure guest satisfaction remains your top priority.
We are looking for an experienced leader from an F&B or busy retail environment, capable of supporting the team to deliver outstanding service. You should prioritize guest satisfaction, have experience in training and coaching staff in a lively environment, and maintain high standards of speed and quality.
You should be confident in managing various situations, leading, motivating, and engaging your team, especially during peak times. The ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt swiftly to changing demands is crucial.
