The successful candidate will coordinate due-diligence activities and maintain vendor data within the organization's Third-Party Risk Management framework. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison, reviewing vendor submissions, and preparing performance reports. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in vendor management or risk and possess strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills. The role requires attending the office approximately four days a week.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, operations, risk, or analytics.
• Familiarity with risk, compliance, or audit processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

• Experience with vendor contracts or service-level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for business owners to collect due-diligence documentation.

• Maintain accurate vendor profiles in the TPRM platform.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance.
• Prepare quarterly and annual vendor performance reports.
• Create monthly performance slide decks for communication.
