Aka Recruitment are proud to be working with a main dealership client of ours to bring you this Vehicle Technician role based on the outskirts of Manchester. Working within a busy and clean workshop, you will be joining a forward‑thinking and established family run business. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with overtime available on weekends. Salary basic can go up to £39k (depending on experience).

Job Duties
  • Servicing and repairs on a range of brands
  • Removal and refitting of mechanical components
  • Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards
  • Ensure all equipment and workshop is maintained and cleaned
  • Carrying out inspections on a range of vehicles
  • All work completed and carried out is within safe working practices
  • Carry out diagnostics and repairs to the highest industry standards
Requirements
  • Qualified at Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds)
  • MOT testing licence is advantageous but not essential
  • Own tools
  • Full licence with no more than 6 points
