Overview

Vehicle Technician – Location: Hinckley. Hours: 8.30–5.00pm Mon–Fri, Saturday rota. (Phone number removed).

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester

• Work in ranges from servicing a vehicle to general vehicle repair
• Demonstrate good technical skills
• Diagnose faults and carry out testing of vehicles
• Ensure all work is carried out to high/manufacturers' standards
• Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite, professional and efficient manner

Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Mechanic & MOT Tester

• MUST HOLD an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• 2 Years Vehicle Technician experience with Main Dealer in the automotive industry
• Hold your own tools and toolbox
• MUST HOLD MOT License class 4 & class 7 proffered but not essential
• Full manual UK Driving Licence
