Job Title: Vehicle Technician - Snodland
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Mechanic to join a fleet workshop in Snodland.
Applicants must either hold a Level 2 qualification with at least 3 years' employment as a Technician/Mechanic, or be fully qualified to Level 3, with strong servicing, repair and diagnostic experience and the right to work in the UK.

- Salary: £39,729 basic
- OTE: £45,729 plus overtime
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week - day shifts only
- Overtime: Available as required, paid at time and a half

Vehicle Technician Role
- Service, maintain and repair a varied fleet of cars and vans
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle faults
- Inspect vehicles and identify required repair work
- Complete mechanical repairs safely and efficiently
- Ensure vehicles remain safe, roadworthy and legally compliant
- Maintain high standards of workmanship across all repairs
- Work with the wider workshop team to maximise fleet availability
Vehicle Technician Requirements
- Level 2 qualification with at least 3 years' employment as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, or a fully qualified Level 3 Technician
- Strong servicing, maintenance and mechanical repair experience
- Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Comfortable working across a varied car and van fleet
- Strong focus on safety, quality and vehicle compliance
- Reliable and able to work effectively within a workshop team
- Right to work in the UK
