Octane Recruitment Limited has a vacancy for a skilled Vehicle Technician in Snodland to service, diagnose, and repair a varied fleet of cars and vans. You will work 42.5 hours per week, day shifts, with overtime paid at time and a half and a salary of £39,729 base with OTE £45,729.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair a varied fleet of cars and vans.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle faults.
• Inspect vehicles and identify required repair work.
• Complete mechanical repairs safely and efficiently.
• Ensure vehicles remain safe, roadworthy and legally compliant.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship across all repairs.
• Work with the wider workshop team to maximise fleet availability.

Vehicle Technician - Snodland

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Mechanic to join a fleet workshop in Snodland. Applicants must either hold a Level 2 qualification with at least 3 years' employment as a Technician/Mechanic, or be fully qualified to Level 3, with strong servicing, repair and diagnostic experience and the right to work in the UK.

Vehicle Technician Role

Vehicle Technician Requirements

• Comfortable working across a varied car and van fleet
• Strong focus on safety, quality and vehicle compliance
• Reliable and able to work effectively within a workshop team
• Right to work in the UK

The position also offers strong technical development through an IMI-accredited training department, with training available in Hybrid and Electric Vehicle repair, electrics, braking systems, tail lifts and other technical areas.
