Location: Hatfield

Salary: up to £38,000 basic per annum, plus bonus, OTE up to £60,000 (uncapped earnings)

Hours: Monday - Friday 45 hours 08.00 - 18.00 1 in 4 Saturdays

Your day‑to‑day as a Vehicle Technician
  • Complete vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards
  • Diagnose faults and inspect key components with accuracy
  • Deliver clear and professional technical advice to customers when required
  • Provide outstanding service, building trust and repeat business
  • Work closely with the reception and workshop teams for smooth daily operations
  • Support and mentor other Vehicle Technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise
What we’re looking for
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Excellent problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
  • Strong eye for detail with the ability to meet efficiency targets
  • Team‑focused, with great communication skills
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • MOT licence is an advantage, but not essential
