Vehicle Technician & Master Technician – Ludlow

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Ludlow
Positions Available: Technician & Master Technician

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician and a Master Technician to join our team in Ludlow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1-2 (technician) and 3–4 years (MAster Technician) of experience, ideally from an independent garage or similar business, who is looking to take the next step in their career.

As a Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier customer service while ensuring safety and quality are never compromised. You'll perform complex fault diagnostics, monitor the repair process, and carry out final quality checks. Supporting your colleagues, sharing knowledge, and keeping up to date with technical innovations will be a core part of your role.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated and skilled individuals who are passionate about automotive repair and diagnostics.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified to Level 2 or above (NVQ or equivalent)

  • experience as a technician in a working enviroment

  • Strong diagnostic skills and experience using modern diagnostic equipment

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work towards and achieve efficiency targets

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning and development
