A main dealer in Bexhill is looking for a Vehicle Technician to join a workshop that genuinely delivers: great kit, a solid flow of work, a team that knows what they're doing and a management style that lets technicians get on with the job without drama. It's a place with energy, momentum and the kind of atmosphere where people enjoy their day and earn properly doing it.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Diagnostic work appropriate to skill level
• Supporting workshop flow and quality
• MOT testing for those licensed

Requirements

• Background as a service, repair or diagnostic technician
• MOT licence a bonus, not essential
• Reliable, motivated and confident in a busy environment
• Minimum qualified to a level 2

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary: £34,000-£36,000
• Bonus: Efficiency-based, averaging £400-£700 per month
• Average earning achieved: £43,800-£47,000
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.15am-5.15pm. Saturdays: 1-in-3, 8.15am-12.15pm (paid at 1.5x)
• Extra overtime available if wanted
