Job summary

You will greet customers, book services, advise on required work and costs, and arrange vehicle collections. There is scope for upselling and progression within the automotive service function; salary includes £23,000 basic and £36,000 OTE with company

• Must have previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Book vehicles in for Service, MOT, and repairs.
• Advise customers on work required and costs.
• Arrange collection of vehicles and liaise with workshop.
• Look for upsell opportunities and maintain product knowledge.
