Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous.
• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Good technical knowledge of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify needs for vehicle drop-off.
• Progress and update the customer throughout the day.
• Discuss and upsell additional work to the customer.
• Advise and forward diarised unsold work.
• Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer.
