Jago Consultants is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Swindon to join the service team and deliver a high standard of customer care. You will be a key member at the heart of our operation, handling a busy, hands-on role with duties spanning servicing plans, MOT bookings, job creation and order-number updates.

The ideal candidate has automotive service-advisor experience, a full driving licence, and a proactive, engaging attitude.

Competenze

• Ideal: prior service advisor experience in automotive.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a can‑do attitude.

Mansioni

• Plan schedule servicing for customers.
• Book MOTs and manage appointments.
• Create jobs and update order numbers.
• Liaise with workshop control about work in progress and arrivals.
