You will greet customers, book services, advise on required work and costs, and arrange vehicle collections. There is scope for upselling and progression within the automotive service function; salary includes £23,000 basic and £36,000 OTE with company

Duties of Vehicle Service Administrator role includes:

• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Booking customers vehicles in for Service, MOT, repairs
• Advising customers on any work required, including costs
• Arranging collection of vehicles
• Liasing with the technical workshop to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the required time
• Adapting a positive sales approach regarding upsell
• Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training

The Service Advisor is responsible for the front of house service to customers of the Service Centre and it is important that the experience provided is always of the highest level of customer service.
