You will deal directly with customers, book appointments, prepare quotes, and liaise with parts and workshop teams while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar automotive role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with IT systems and workshop administration.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage workshop loading and maintain accurate records of work.
• Book vehicle appointments aligning with capacity and customer needs.
• Prepare and present detailed quotes and invoices with clear workmanship descriptions.
• Communicate repair work and upsell opportunities to customers.
• Prepare warranty job cards per manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Record all work (retail, warranty, internal, non-chargeable).
• Coordinate with parts to ensure parts availability and timely service.
