Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd. is recruiting for a Group Support Vehicle Service Advisor covering Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire. You will greet customers, book vehicles into the Service Department, and liaise with technicians to monitor progress across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' recent Service Advisor experience in a dealership or garage environment
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points
• Ability to work across multiple dealership sites
• Familiarity with Kerridge and warranty processes is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and booking vehicles into the Service Department
• Liaising with technicians and workshop staff to monitor work in progress
• Advising customers on additional work and providing regular updates during repairs
• Preparing invoices, processing payments, and completing vehicle handovers
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Coordinating repairs and service schedules across multiple locations
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty procedures
