Job summary

Arnold Clark is recruiting a Service Advisor for our SEAT/Cupra branch in Uddingston. You will deliver a fantastic customer experience for service and vehicle repair customers, acting as a confident, warm communicator who can upsell and explain options clearly.

This customer-facing role suits someone with prior customer service experience, who enjoys exceeding expectations and creating positive outcomes. Full-time hours apply, with a 8am–5.30pm day and alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Passion for great customer service and resolving issues
• Clear and confident communication with customers
• Able to multi-task in a busy service environment
• Good IT literacy and knowledge of IT systems
• Full UK driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs efficiently
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoice processes
• Inform customers of faults and provide clear solutions
• Address dissatisfied customers with empathy and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate customer vehicle records and service history
• Upsell aftersales products and services where appropriate
• Keep customer database up-to-date and accurate
