Arnold Clark in Edinburgh is seeking a Service Advisor at our Fiat/BYD branch to deliver an outstanding service experience for customers and coordinate with the workshop and bodyshop.

The successful candidate will be a warm, articulate communicator who thrives in a busy environment, can handle multiple tasks, and provide clear, accurate solutions while maintaining accurate customer records and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy workshop setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle service and vehicle repair enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with workshop/bodyshop to progress work through the system.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing processes.
• Inform customers of faults/repairs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Support dissatisfied customers with empathy and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records.
• Upsell aftersales products and services where appropriate.
