Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor in Llandow to deliver outstanding customer service in the service department. The role focuses on greeting customers, coordinating with the workshop, and arranging servicing while aiming to upsell services.

The position offers a starting salary of £26,500–£28,500 per annum with a monthly bonus up to £400, plus enhanced overtime, 22 days’ leave, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or motor trade preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Interest in developing a career within the motor trade.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally upon arrival and manage their service needs.
• Liaise extensively with the workshop team to track progress and communicate updates.
• Arrange servicing, repairs, and maintenance appointments.
• Offer and upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide accurate advice to customers regarding vehicle status and recommended works.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and organisation.
• Ensure all work is recorded accurately in the system.
