Qualifications
- Experience working as a Service Advisor.
- Ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
- Strong customer-focused communication skills.
- Familiarity with Motor Dealership Database Software.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers about service and repair work.
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
- Update customers and vehicle records.
- Prepare and complete invoices.
- Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales of work.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as required.
