Job summary

Steven Eagell Limited is seeking a Vehicle Administrator at our Milton Keynes Head Office to manage vehicle orders end-to-end, ensuring accurate data across systems and timely delivery. The role involves coordinating with manufacturers and customers, handling registrations and pre-delivery tasks, and maintaining compliant records.

You will work in a fast-paced automotive environment, supported by a team that values accuracy, organisation and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle orders from initial order through invoicing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle, customer, stock and order information across our DMS and manufacturer systems.
  • Check vehicle availability, order status and expected delivery dates.
  • Liaise with manufacturers, leasing companies, customers and internal teams to progress orders.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation, registration, road tax and pre-delivery administration.
  • Ensure compliance with UK GDPR and company requirements.
