Job summary

Steven Eagell Group, a leading UK automotive retailer, seeks a Vehicle Administrator at our Head Office. You will manage orders from creation to delivery, maintain accurate vehicle and customer data, coordinate registrations and deliveries, and ensure compliance with GDPR across processes.

Qualifications

• Must have previous administration experience.
• Experience in vehicle administration is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing vehicle orders from initial order through invoicing and delivery and flagging issues.
• Processing and maintaining accurate vehicle, customer, stock and order information.
• Checking vehicle availability, order status and delivery dates.
• Liaising with manufacturers, leasing companies, customers and internal teams.
• Coordinating vehicle preparation, registration, road tax and pre-delivery admin.
• Checking deal files and documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Supporting fleet, business and employee vehicle schemes as required.
• Providing Sales Management with updates on vehicle and order status.
• Ensuring customer and vehicle information complies with UK GDPR and company policy.
• Supporting colleagues during busy periods and suggesting process improvements.
