Job Description:

The Veeva Migration Technical Lead will be responsible for leading migration projects within the life sciences sector, focusing on Veeva Vault systems. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Define project requirements, objectives, timelines, and resources. Break down into work packages and track within development plans.
2. Communication and Collaboration: Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and teamwork.
3. Team Leadership and Management: Manage a global team of technical consultants, fostering a positive work environment.
4. Stakeholder Management: Gather feedback, understand requirements, and manage expectations with stakeholders.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks, communicating proactively with the project team.
6. Change Management: Manage change orders, providing scope definitions and resource planning.
7. Pre-sales Support: Assist business development with technical expertise during pre-sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: At least 8 years in data/document migration or ECM, with 3+ years in leadership within life sciences.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ECM platforms like Veeva Vault, OpenText Documentum, Generis CARA; migration tools; SQL; XML; scripting; cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of life sciences regulations, validation, GxP compliance.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership in technical projects, problem-solving, decision-making.
