Job Description:

This role involves leading Veeva migration projects, overseeing technical teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful migration and implementation of Veeva Vault systems. The position offers remote work flexibility and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project planning and management, including defining requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Serving as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Leading and managing a global team of technical consultants, fostering a positive work environment.
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and manage expectations, providing regular project updates.
• Identifying and mitigating technical risks and challenges proactively.
• Managing change requests and providing detailed technical scope and resource planning.
• Supporting pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and developing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in data migration, ECM implementation, or related fields, with 3+ years in a leadership role within the life sciences industry.
• Extensive experience with ECM platforms like Veeva Vault, OpenText Documentum, Generis CARA, and migration tools.
• Strong understanding of life sciences regulations, GxP validation, and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing complex projects and technical teams.
