Job Description:

The Veeva Migration Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and managing Veeva migration projects. This role is remote, with a flexible salary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Define project requirements, objectives, timelines, and resources in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders. Break down into work packages and track within development plans.
2. Communication and Collaboration: Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. Facilitate communication, coordinate dependencies, provide updates, and promote teamwork.
3. Team Leadership and Management: Lead a global team of technical consultants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
4. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, gather feedback, manage expectations, and keep them informed on project progress.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks, communicate issues proactively, and collaborate on solutions.
6. Change Management: Identify change orders, communicate them, and provide scope and resource estimates.
7. Pre-sales Support: Support business development with technical expertise during pre-sales, developing solutions and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience: At least 8 years in data/document migration or ECM, with 3+ years in leadership within the life sciences industry.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ECM platforms (Veeva Vault, OpenText, Generis CARA), migration tools, SQL, XML, scripting, cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of life sciences regulations, GxP, validation, and compliance.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership in technical projects, problem-solving, and decision-making.
