Job Description:

The Veeva Migration Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and managing Veeva migration projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role is remote with a flexible salary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Define project requirements, objectives, timelines, and resources, and break down into actionable work packages.
2. Communication and Collaboration: Act as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and teamwork.
3. Team Leadership and Management: Lead a global team of technical consultants, fostering a positive and productive environment.
4. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks, collaborating with the team on solutions.
6. Change Management: Manage change orders with detailed scope definitions and resource planning.
7. Pre-sales Support: Provide technical expertise during pre-sales, developing tailored solutions and estimates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data/document migration or ECM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the life sciences industry.
• Technical expertise in ECM platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, OpenText Documentum), migration tools, SQL, XML, scripting languages, and cloud/on-premise solutions.
• Strong understanding of life sciences regulations, validation processes, and GxP compliance.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and complex projects.
