Job Description:

This role involves leading Veeva migration projects, managing a global technical team, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The position offers remote work flexibility and a flexible salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with project managers and stakeholders for project planning, defining requirements, objectives, timelines, and resource efforts.
2. Serve as the liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
3. Lead and manage a global team of technical consultants, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
4. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand requirements, and manage expectations, providing regular updates.
5. Identify and mitigate technical risks, challenges, and roadblocks, collaborating with the team on solutions.
6. Manage change requests, providing scope definitions, estimates, and resource planning.
7. Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical expertise and developing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or Life Sciences.
• At least 8 years of experience in data/document migration or ECM systems, with 3+ years in a leadership role within life sciences.
• Technical expertise in ECM platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, OpenText Documentum), migration tools, SQL, XML, scripting languages, and cloud/on-premise solutions.
• Strong understanding of life sciences regulations, GxP validation, and compliance.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and complex projects.
