Job Description:

The Veeva Migration Technical Lead will be responsible for leading migration projects, providing technical expertise, and managing a team of consultants. The role is remote with a flexible salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Define requirements, objectives, timelines, and resource efforts; develop actionable work packages.
• Communication and Collaboration: Act as liaison between technical teams and stakeholders; promote effective communication and teamwork.
• Team Leadership and Management: Lead a global team of technical consultants, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather feedback, understand requirements, and manage expectations; provide regular project updates.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks; communicate challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.

• Technical Skills: Experience with ECM platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault), migration tools, SQL, XML, scripting; cloud and on-premise solutions.
