iVedha Inc. looking for a seasoned Veeam Subject Matter Expert who can support our consulting engagements end-to-end. The primary focus of this role is hands‑on Veeam delivery, troubleshooting, design guidance, and customer enablement. In addition to the core SME responsibilities, the role includes creating supporting technical documentation and training material where needed for internal teams, partners, and customers.

Veeam Technical Delivery
  • Deploy, configure, and optimize the Veeam Availability Suite across various customer environments.
  • Lead backup architecture reviews, capacity planning, and best‑practice implementations.
  • Troubleshoot performance, configuration, and integration issues related to Veeam, VMware, storage, and networking.
  • Guide customers on data protection strategy, DR workflows, and operational readiness.
  • Stay updated on new Veeam releases, features, and ecosystem changes.
Consulting & Customer Engagement
  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Support pre‑sales conversations with solution walkthroughs and technical validation.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and SMEs to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Take ownership of technical escalations and field‑level challenges.
Technical Content & Enablement
  • Create practical technical documents such as runbooks, configuration guides, checklists, and internal notes.
  • Contribute to training decks or short reference materials to support onboarding and partner enablement.
  • Translate complex Veeam concepts into simple, usable instructions for operational teams.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work with consulting, sales engineering, and product teams to align on customer needs.
  • Ensure technical accuracy across documentation and solution delivery.
  • Provide occasional internal knowledge‑sharing sessions for teams working on Veeam‑related engagements.

  • Location: South of England
  • Must have valid driving licence and vehicle due to frequent travel
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: c. £45,000 depending on experience

  • Ability to produce clear, useful technical documentation when needed.
Certifications
  • VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer) / VMCA (Veeam Certified Architect) – Must Have
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) – Preferred
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) – Preferred
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred; OR adequate hands‑on experience aligned with the role.
