A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking a Van Sales Executive located in Cardiff. In this role, you will maintain thorough product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer service while achieving on-target earnings of up to £80,000 annually. Applicants are required to have previous sales experience in a main dealer environment and a current UK driving license. The position includes access to a company car, additional benefits, and full training. Working hours are 40 hours weekly, with Saturday mornings on rotation.

An exciting opportunity for a Van Sales Executive within the Cardiff area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.

Working within a multi-franchise approved commercial dealership, the successful Van Sales Executive will be representing a Premium Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Starting basic salary of £25,000 per annum.

An uncapped on-target-earnings of up to £60-80,000 per annum.

Some Sales Executives at our client earn over 6 figures

Access to a company car/car allowance.

Company mobile and laptop provided. - 22 days annual holiday allowance plus bank holidays (any bank holidays worked, you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it).

Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training.

Company pension scheme.

Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Duties:

  • Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the vehicles you are selling
  • Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
  • Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.

For your hard work our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £80,000 with the working hours of: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Our Client is ideally seeking Van Sales Executives who have a previous working experience within a Main Dealer Environment.

It is essential that you hold a current UK driving Licence and have a real passion for Sales and the Motor Trade.
